Homemade flax seed crackers. Stewed tomatoes, fresh from the garden, oregano, lime juice, and salt and lots of nutritional yeast!
Fiber is amazing, and Canada produces wonderful flax seeds. I used golden flax, which is slightly bitter and has higher lignans. The flavour of these crackers is tremendous! I made a lot, both in the oven at 80°C and in the air fryer on dehydrate mode.

Watermelon and just-picked green pepper from a garden as a simple salad -wonderful! Bright red and green, the sweetness of the melon is tempered by the tart savory flavour of the pepper. My grandmother made incredible summer soups with watermelon as the base. An absolutely stunning nutritious treat that brings back memories that I cherish.

Melon d'eau et poivron vert fraîchement cueilli d'un jardin comme une simple salade - merveilleux ! Rouge et vert vif, la douceur du melon est tempérée par la saveur acidulée et savoureuse du poivre. Ma grand-mère faisait d'incroyables soupes d'été avec de la pastèque comme base. Une gâterie nutritive absolument époustouflante qui me rappelle des souvenirs que je chéris.

Delicious strawberry, raspberry, high fiber, and protein bars!

1 cup of oats blended dry
2 tablespoons of golden flax seed blended
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
2 cups of strawberries and raspberries blended

This makes a large batch, I used 2 air fryer liners and a large lasagna pan.

Place a half inch in 2 air fryer liners, layering with a metal rack. Spread evenly on a silicon flat liner for the portion going into the oven (175° F).

Dehydrate for 6 hours, flipping after 4 hours. Cut and place into sealed containers. If at all moist, either dehydrate the pieces for another hour or place in the refrigerator.

De délicieuses barres aux fraises, aux framboises, riches en fibres et en protéines !

1 tasse d'avoine mélangée à sec
2 cuillères à soupe de graines de lin doré mélangées
2 boules de poudre de protéines de vanille
1 cuillère à café de spiruline
2 tasses de fraises et de framboises mélangées

Cela fait un gros lot, j'ai utilisé 2 doublures de friteuse à air et un grand plat à lasagnes.

Placez un demi-pouce dans 2 doublures de friteuse à air, en superposant avec une grille en métal. Étaler uniformément sur un plat en silicone pour la portion allant au four (175°F).

Déshydrater pendant 6 heures, en retournant après 4 heures. Couper et placer dans des contenants scellés. S'ils sont humides, déshydratez les morceaux pendant une heure supplémentaire ou placez-les au réfrigérateur.
