Meet Nicole Reilkoff
Nicole Reilkoff, certified Naturopath and reflexologist, offers her professional services from the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex in Montréal.
Nicole’s expertise is fueled by her personal interest in the links between poor nutritional habits as a response and defense mechanism to surviving emotional trauma. She was a dedicated vegan for close to a decade; after 17 years of study on the practice of tailoring nutritional habits to accelerate overall mental and physical health, she evolved her food choices in respect to people, the environment, economy and in understanding the message given by the body.
Nicole has traveled extensively for the latest cutting-edge information and has attended the European Association of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism convention in Barcelona, Spain. Nicole also participated in Quebec City and Israel for the convention of the International Society of Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics, networking with nutritionists, geneticists and other health professionals around the globe.
Throughout her time working at the Peter Lougheed Centre of the Calgary General Hospital, she recognized the lack of detailed nutritional information provided to patients and began developing her theories linking specific nutritional habits with curative results.

These theories further evolved and were practiced through her consultations during her employment at the health food establishment Vitamin Farm in downtown Calgary. It was during this time that she extensively researched the restorative properties of proper nutrition as applied to illness. Nicole Reilkoff’s continued involvement in the health food industry continued during her work with organizations such as Food Not Bombs, the People’s Potato, Santropol Roulante, and the NDG Food Depot, where she led public nutritional creative cooking classes.
After five years of formal training at Institute NHC (Natural Health Consultants) she obtained her certification in Nutrition and Naturopathy. It was at this stage that she began concentrating on foot reflexology to further expand her healing practice. She chose to work with the modality of reflexology because of its whole body therapeutic nature.
