A focused and attentive doula at your side can help ensure that you feel informed, empowered and supported. Nicole Reilkoff, ND brings in presence with an educated and allied focus to help you advocate for your agency and be heard.

Ms. Reilkoff focuses on a prenatal consult with a follow-up to understand you, to discuss situations that may arise and that with adequate care from an OB or midwife, you can trust your body to navigate the incredible process of creating human life. Nicole will support you and provide valuable care to be a loving, gentle and present parent. Third-trimester reflexology helps with deep relaxation, breathwork, visualization and gentle care.

You deserve trauma-informed care, evidence-based and traditional information, respect and pampering.

During active labour, Nicole Reilkoff will assist with hands-on care from soothing touch, reflexology, and pressure-relieving techniques. If an unmedicated birth is a part of your birth plan, Nicole will work with you to help manage the physical surges as they arise and ebb. For medicated births and c-sections, Nicole offers specific care to ensure healthy boundaries for a sense of safety and empowerment, along with hand reflexology and guided visualizations.
