Creating a lifelong habit
The keyword for today is creating. Creating plays as one of the utmost features of being human. Creation involves imagination, commitment, hope, faith, determination, community, and action. Oftentimes, it can be easy to look for solutions -truly with the rich expanse of history networked in every direction and sense of our lives, it may seem as though little remains for one to discover or build, yet the truth of the matter comes down to the willingness of being open to seeing possibilities.
Meditation allows for inner and outer sight. Meditation serves as an end within itself but also as a tool that you can use repeatedly for deeper understanding and as a means to accentuate creativity.
And aside from physical manifestations of creation, what else do we create?
We build habits, we make our own motivation, we produce friendships with integrity, we love families into existence, we decide the course of our lives and how we choose to live.
We can understand the principle behind ‘we are what we eat/digest/assimilate/utilize’; in essence we create ourselves using the foods we choose and eat. We optimize that process by chewing well.
