Day 17 – 30 Day 30 Chew Challenge

How to not annoy your significant other

Getting on a health kick can be fun and attractive -for a period of time. Likely, your enthusiasm for chewing may not be an exciting prospect for those around you. Hearing about the greatness of chewing food and quite possibly, hearing you chew, might be sending a message that chewing is far from the greatest thing.

Health can be an incredibly personal issue and choice for people. While some delight in sharing their ailments, others prefer quiet discretion. Certainly, a righteous or haughty attitude serves as a means of pushing people away.

The simplest means to maintain a healthy lifestyle, family, and friends is to employ respect. Respecting yourself, respecting others, and respecting the process takes a discerning ability to listen, practice patience, and renew commitment to the art of chewing and choose to push only yourself.

And – chew with your mouth closed.
