Day 15 – 30 Day 30 Chew Challenge

How does chewing address existing health problems?

A basic recommendation to clients is to chew better. It is well known that most ailments stem from intestinal concerns. Much has been documented about the power of the gut and its powerful influence on our mental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, hormonal wellbeing, immune functioning, libido, and so much more.

Our levels of energy are governed by how well we supply and utilize the essential nutrients we need.

When the body has been burdened for any onset, chronic maladies, any and all support given is a step in the right direction.

Acid reflux, gas, bloating, and constipation/diarrhea are a few of the direct gastrointestinal conditions that chewing more can help ease. Deep conditions such as headaches, sleep apnea, auto-immune, disorders, eczema, and diabetes may all be aided simply by chewing better.

Certainly chewing is not a panacea to all illnesses. Like other health disciplines (think meditation, exercise, and rest) chewing requires overcoming base urges to succumb to hunger and eat speedily.
