Day 12 – 30 Day 30 Chew Challenge

Chewing Increases Energy

Understanding energy production is a remarkable study. The Kreb cycle looks like a convoluted map designed to confuse. But in seeking to learn and understand -gosh, your body is already generating plenty of energy to fuel your brain, digest your meal, and maintain a steady heart rate and temperature.

One thing is certain, in looking at the diagram, you won’t see carrots, cheese, millet, or any other food named as being a component of the creating ATP. However, we know that food is our fuel. We knowthe basics of digestion and we can see how chewing food thoroughly disperses food -changing each bite from compact pieces to ground down to a pulp. This mash of mush can then be enzymatically cleaved apart with ease by the low pH of stomach acid. It is those minute co-enzymes and vitamins that can then be identified as being part of the energy cycle/recycle. It is a perfected process that works -when we do our part.

You have one job -chew up that food!

You’ll be paid well with wonderfully delicious food and the energy to do what you want to do.
