Exercise is Life!

One of the components of defining life is movement, internally we have constant and consistent movements, externally we move by stretching, reaching, pulling, lifting, pushing, and so on. We are innately customed to move and yet we live in a society that standardizes movement within functionality and productivity.

Getting to a gym can be a fantastic way to safely work specific muscles, offering cardio options, muscle training, core strengthening, and body toning. Outdoor sports may lend a competitive edge that helps to drive performance. Fitness classes offer supervision and encouragement.  Solitary activities provide a reflective time to center and focus.

Dedicating time to working out is a form of self-love. We move, groove, and shake our way into getting to know ourselves and accepting our successes when we make an effort.

Create opportunities to live by taking the next step, and the next, and the next, aiming for 20 minutes of continuous moderate exercise daily. You are so worth it.
