Every emotion ever experienced has a physiological component that directly modifies cellular receptivity. This means that there is a physical manifestation of the choices that are made on a day-to-day basis that are deeply influenced by the past.
It makes sense that beliefs exist. The media and self-help books insist on the necessary active change in looking at beliefs and changing them. But unless a physical change takes place as well, the beliefs persist.
The purpose of this workshop aims to look at both the belief system in place and to create an action plan, based on nutrition, to continue to modulate neurotransmitter production and reception to aid in better health, presence, and sense of wellbeing.
